Job Responsibilities

• Recommend a sound credit policy to the senior management.
• Maintain the credit policy. Review and monitoring of various credit programs and product guideline.
• Recommend changes in the credit policy to senior management.
• Leading the team of credit approval to ensure high standard of credit of the portfolio by using various credit assessment tools.
• Review all the business proposal for approval of appropriate proposals to maintain a good balance between returns and risks exposure.
• Investigate all credit applications and conduct visit before approval.
• Post approval/ sanction monitoring of the credit portfolio
• Conduct periodic credit reviews.
• Monitor repayment progress and leading collections initiatives for delinquent accounts (if any).
• Maintain a departmental organizational structure to meet all goals and objectives.
• Ensure compliance and regulations of Central Bank and other regulatory bodies.
• Measure department performance with appropriate metrics.
• Maintain credit related Bangladesh Bank reporting.
• Providing training and coaching to continuously upgrade the competency of the team members.
